Based in Camp Hill, PA (preferred) or Glastonbury, CT and reporting to the CIO, the SVP, Director of Operations will be a key member of the executive team, overseeing Payments Operations, Deposit Operations, and Client Care. This hands-on leader will guide a team with the primary goal of driving operational excellence, advancing automation and technology integration, and strengthening compliance, resiliency, and client experience.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned operations executive with deep expertise in payments and deposit systems, proven success leading transformation, and a passion for building high-performing, client-focused teams.
