Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (“ACBB”) to identify the organization’s SVP, People & Culture. This newly created role will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and cultural development of the Human Resources function. The SVP will align workforce strategy with business goals, oversee HR operations and compliance, and champion culture, engagement, and employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level HR leadership experience, expertise in HR operations, benefits, payroll, and talent strategy, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
