Our established reinsurance broking client is looking for an Attorney with 5 years of experience in corporate transactional and regulatory law to draft and negotiate various technology service, leasing, engagement, licensing, and consulting agreements for various internal and external clients.
You must have hands on experience drafting and customizing complex transactional contracts from scratch in a highly regulated industry where compliance is key.
This position must be based out of St. Paul or Minneapolis with some in office days. Property & Casualty insurance experience is preferred but any in house experience in Financial Services or other sales/ regulated company/ account background is transferable.
