Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Municipal Credit Union (MCU) to manage the search for their newly created role, Vice President of Strategic Insights. For over 100 years, MCU has proudly served more than 600,000 members, delivering affordable financial products and services while honoring the credit union promise of “people helping people.”
Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the VP of Strategic Insights will lead MCU’s data strategy, focusing on delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making and organizational growth. This role will play a key part in growing membership, increasing loan volume, and strengthening member relationships by leveraging data analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
