Our established MGA has recently acquired a significant book of Workers’ Compensation business from a carrier and is building out the infrastructure and team to support the next phase of growth. We are looking for a Senior Underwriting AVP (individual contributor) to work closely with the Head of the unit and play an important role in production, go-to-market strategy, helping customize the policy administration system, and contributing to ongoing product development as the business scales.
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in Workers’ Compensation production and renewal underwriting, strong broker relationships, experience supporting underwriting operations, and a genuine interest in technology and helping build a business unit from the ground up.
This is a fully remote position and a great opportunity to have a meaningful impact within a growing platform.
