In this key leadership role, Mr. Call will oversee the credit union’s commercial lending operations and strategy, a critical component of BrightBridge’s long-term vision for growth and member impact.
Mr. Call brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in commercial banking, credit risk management, and business development. Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of commercial credit, he will be responsible for leading BrightBridge’s commercial lending team, driving portfolio growth, enhancing the member experience, and identifying new market opportunities.
Prior to joining BrightBridge, Mr. Call held senior lending positions at several regional financial institutions, most recently serving as SVP, Commercial Lending Manager at Webster Bank, where he led a high-performing team and managed a robust portfolio of middle-market and small business clients. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for fostering strong client relationships, developing top performing teams, and delivering tailored lending solutions that support long-term business success.
