Bristol County Savings Bank Selects Andy Puga as the Bank’s First Director of Information Technology

April 2026 – Smith & Wilkinson was selected to lead the executive search and selection process for Bristol County Savings Bank’s first Director of Information Technology. In order to advance the strategic priorities for the bank, and support the Chief Information Officer, Bristol County needed a talented technologist with strong people leadership experience.

Following an extensive search of the market, Andy Puga stood out as the right technology leader for Bristol County. Most recently serving as VP Digital Engagement, with Rockland Federal Credit Union, and previously as Chief Information Officer for Boston Firefighters Credit Union, Andy’s skills as aresults driven IT leader and specialized focus in operations, digital technology, core systems, and information security made him the perfect candidate for this role. Andy is looking forward to bringing his technical expertise to Bristol County Savings Bank and executing on the Bank’s strategic vision.
