
Champlain National Bank Selects their next VP, Human Resources
March 24, 2025 — Champlain National Bank is happy to announce that Thomas Carr has joined the bank to lead the human resources function for the institution as VP, Human Resources.
Mr. Carr brings nearly fifteen years of human resources experience across different industries, including health care, hospitality, and professional services. As VP, Human Resources, he will oversee all disciplines associated with talent management, talent development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational design, change management, and all payroll functions with a primary focus on increasing employee engagement.
