May, 2025 — Smith & Wilkinson was retained by Empeople Credit Union to lead the search for their next Maine Market President — a key leadership role focused on driving market growth and deepening community relationships across the state.
We knew this position required a strategic, growth-oriented leader to shape the credit union’s presence in Maine and expand market share through business and community development.
We found Suzanne Tremble, a banking executive with over 20 years of combined strategic corporate communications and financial services experience. With her knowledge of collaborative empowerment, we were confident she’d be the right fit to lead the credit union’s market expansion efforts while fostering retention relationships with existing members.
