November 6, 2023.  First Heritage Federal Credit Union has welcomed Amy Clark as Vice President – Compliance.  Ms. Clark is an experienced regulatory compliance professional, most recently having spent 8 years with Penns Woods Bancorp.  She received her BS from Pennsylvania College of Technology and her Juris Master in Compliance from Liberty University.

Founded in 1954 by employees with the Ingersoll-Rand Company, First Heritage Federal Credit is today a community credit union with approximately $700MM in assets and over 44,000 members.  Headquartered in Corning, NY, First Heritage FCU serves members through 9 branches, online banking, and a cooperative network of surcharge free ATMs. This executive search was managed by Nate Townsend, Senior Consultant.
