August 3, 2023.  Franklin Savings Bank has welcomed Raeleen Blaisdell to the Bank as Vice President – Compliance Officer.  Ms. Blaisdell has extensive experience as a financial services regulator, having held the roles of Deputy Commissioner and Senior Compliance Examiner for the State of Wyoming Division of Banking, and Deputy Commissioner and Director of Consumer Credit for the NH Banking Department.
