Harvard Federal Credit Union hires new Chief Information Officer
July 2025 – Smith & Wilkinson is proud to announce the placement of Kriti Modi as Harvard Federal Credit Union’s inaugural Chief Information Officer.
In this newly created role, Modi will define and execute the organization’s technology strategy, spearhead digital transformation initiatives, and oversee IT operations, all in service of delivering exceptional member experience.
With 15 years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience strategy, and product management within banking and Fintech, Modi brings both vision and execution. One reference praised her as having a rare ability to “pull the future forward”, balancing bold ideas with pragmatic leadership to deliver measurable results.
Previously, Modi led enterprise-wide efforts to align systems and services around the member experience, managing multiple teams and uncovering $11M in cost savings and revenue opportunities through innovative digital offerings tied to cross-sell initiatives and third-party partnerships.
