Launch Credit Union has Hired Their New Senior Project Project Manager
July 2025 – Smith & Wilkinson partnered with Launch Credit Union to source their Senior Project Manager, Stacy Lee Ritzer.
Due to continued growth and an increase in enterprise-level initiatives, Smith & Wilkinson was retained by Launch Credit Union to manage the search for their next Senior Project Manager.
Launch CU needed the perfect candidate to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time, while staying within scope and budget. Success in this role requires a candidate with technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of project management methodologies.
That’s how we found Stacy Ritzer, a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in complex projects across multiple industries, including financial services and technology. Her expertise in business process improvement, risk management, compliance, and infrastructure integration made her the ideal candidate for this role.
