Member Support Services Selects Jonathan Partridge as Chief Operating Officer
February 2026 – Smith & Wilkinson was retained by Member Support Services, LLC (MSS) to manage the search and selection process for the organization’s Chief Operating Officer.
MSS is an innovative shared-services organization created by credit unions to deliver the operational scale and capabilities typically available to large, multibillion-dollar financial institutions. As MSS continues to expand its partnerships and services, the organization sought an experienced operational leader to guide its next phase of growth and further elevate the performance, scalability, and consistency of its operations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO plays a central leadership role overseeing all operational aspects of MSS’s services and infrastructure. This executive will lead efforts to strengthen operational processes, enhance service delivery across both in-house and offshore teams, and ensure MSS continues to deliver high-quality outcomes for its credit union partners and their members.
Following a comprehensive search process, MSS selected Jonathan Partridge for this newly created leadership role. Jonathan brings a diverse background spanning credit unions, large financial institutions, and fintech service providers, with deep expertise in shared services, multi-client operational environments, and process transformation.
After beginning his career in credit unions, Jonathan moved into consulting and operational leadership roles across organizations including PwC, Guardian Life, Open Solutions, and SunTrust/Truist. He later joined Viewpointe – an outsourced banking managed services provider serving the largest U.S. banks – as EVP and Chief Strategy & Technology Officer, where he led operations across payments, data, enterprise, and settlement services while overseeing the organization’s innovation lab. Most recently, Jonathan served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at First Entertainment Credit Union, where he led initiatives that improved operational efficiency, enhanced member experience, and supported stronger financial performance.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, building scalable processes, and leading complex service organizations across both domestic and offshore teams. His experience across shared-services environments and multi-client platforms positions him well to help elevate MSS’s operational capabilities as the organization continues its growth trajectory.
