NBT Bank Selects Kristina Berck as Chief Compliance Officer

NBT Bank is an independent, community bank based in Norwich, NY.  With Total Assets nearing $12B, NBT Bancorp is listed on NASDAQ as NBTB, and has more then 135 banking locations throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Maine.  As part of our long term partnership with NBT Bank, Smith & Wilkinson was retained to lead the search for the Bank’s next Chief Compliance Officer. 

At the conclusion of the search, Kristina Berck was selected. After previously spending nearly eight years as VP, Risk & Compliance for one of the nation’s largest home loan servicers, Ms. Berck relocated to NY upon her selection.
