August 29, 2023.  Proper Insurance Services, headquartered in Bozeman, MT,  has welcomed Tammy Friedlund as Claims Adjustor.  Ms. Friedlund has 25 years of progressively responsible experience in the insurance industry, most recently having spent 7 years with Cincinnati Insurance Companies as a Senior Claims Specialist. 

Proper Insurance Services was founded in 2014 to support the short-term vacation rental insurance market.  Proper has pioneered the development of these specialty insurance policies, with underwriting support from Lloyd’s of London and Concert Specialty Insurance, and has written over 100,000 policies in all 50 states.  Proper remains the only short-term rental specialty insurance provider with an exclusive endorsement from VRBO.  This executive search was managed by Harrison Hines, Senior Associate.
