Torrington Savings Bank Selects Serena Lansing as Senior Vice President, Trust Officer
S&W recently partnered with one of our premier clients, Torrington Savings Bank (“TSB”), in the search for the bank’s Senior Vice President, Trust Officer in preparation for the planned transition of TSB’s longtime head of the Trust Department into retirement. TSB is a 154-year-old, almost $1B, mutually chartered community bank that offers consumer, commercial, and wealth management solutions to customers in western and central Connecticut and beyond. For generations, TSB has been a trusted financial partner to its constituents. TSB’s Trust Department has been serving the trust and asset management needs of individuals, fiduciaries, and not-for-profit organizations since 1991, currently administering approximately $500,000,000 in assets.
“While Serena has big shoes to fill following the retirement of TSB’s longtime SVP, Trust Officer, we have no doubt that TSB’s Trust Department clients and staff are wonderful and knowledgeable hands as Serena joins the Bank.” Said Moriah Maron, Consultant with S&W’s Financial Services team, who led recruiting efforts for this search.
At the completion of the selection process, TSB selected Serena Lansing as the bank’s next head of its Trust Department. An effective leader, skilled relationship builder, and knowledgeable wealth management professional, Serena comes to the bank from MassMutual Trust Company.
