Ryan Transactional Risk Launches Environmental Practice
Ryan Transactional Risk has launched their new product that will specialize in insuring the risk of cost overruns for environmental remediations and clean-ups. Ryan Transactional Risk Enviro (“RTR Enviro”) is providing Environmental Remediation Cost Overrun insurance for corporate transactions and divestures, mergers & acquisitions and real estate development projects. The purpose of this product is to eliminate or minimize the risk of cost overruns while remediating environmental exposures of known contaminants.
Smith & Wilkinson helped place the team that will lead this new program with experts, Cole Russo as the Vice President, Roland Costanzo as Lead Underwriter, and Al Nesheiwat as Underwriter. Russo has been in our network for some time, so when RTR started the process for this new program, we immediately knew he would be the ideal fit.
