May 6, 2024. The Horsley Witten Group is proud to announce Joseph Weinstein as their newest Emergency Preparedness Planner. Mr. Weinstein recently graduated from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a bachelor’s degree in Crisis, Emergency, and Disaster Management. He recently started his own company as a drone pilot where he took infrastructure pictures and coastline images for the city of Chatham MA.

In 1988, Horsley Witten Hegemann Inc. opened its first offices in Barnstable and Cambridge, MA. Their first projects focused on wellhead protection and community planning in Hyannis, Nantucket, and Walpole, MA. They changed their name in 1992 to Horsley and Witten, then Horsley Witten Group (HW). HW is a mission driven, engineering, design, and environmental consulting firm based in Sandwich, Mass., with offices in Boston, MA, Providence, RI, Exeter, NH, and St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
