Supporting Maine Coast Heritage

December 2025 – An organization we were proud to support this year is Maine Coast Heritage Trust (MCHT), a statewide leader working to conserve Maine’s iconic lands and waters and strengthen the communities they serve.

Our contribution to MCHT’s Annual Fund supported conservation initiatives where the need was greatest, allowing the nonprofit to advance both immediate priorities and long-term goals. In 2025, MCHT made meaningful progress protecting coastal ecosystems, restoring rivers, expanding public access, and strengthening partnerships statewide, adding to its long history of protecting what makes Maine special. Since 1970, MCHT has helped conserve over 192,500 acres and 339 islands, including 165 places that are open to the public and offer over 100 miles of hiking trails.

We value partnerships with organizations like MCHT, whose work aligns with our commitment to responsible stewardship, sustainability, and community well-being. We are honored to support their mission and the meaningful conservation work they carry out across Maine in partnership with other land trusts, nonprofits, government agencies, and Tribal Nations.
