Smith and Wilkinson has been retained by Maspeth Federal Savings Bank on a search for the newly created role of; Director, Data. Maspeth is a healthy, growing mutual bank headquartered in Maspeth, New York and serving the local retail and business community providing both deposit solutions and access to capital. The incumbent will be responsible for building and driving the data roadmap and enabling the bank’s strategic objectives with data and deep insights. They will partner closely with business teams to execute on a data/analytics agenda, explain business performance with data, develop hypotheses to drive actions and identify growth opportunities by performing hands-on data engineering, data analysis, and visualization of results.
