Our client, an employee-owned MGA in business for the last 30+ years, is looking for a Director of Program Underwriting for their $25 Million GWP Golf and Hospitality Program.
This role will be hands on with risk selection and mitigation, working through complex pricing and claims scenarios, managing the portfolio with P&L responsibility, negotiating and developing new programs, and managing a small but mighty team of Underwriters while growing the business, particularly on the West Coast.
If you have a strong Underwriting background in Property, Hospitality, Liquor Liability, General Liability and/or Workers’ Compensation (Tee to Green or any Golf experience is a huge plus) and experience growing and maintaining West Coast territories then contact Colin Morgan to learn more.
This position will join a team of proactive and detail-oriented Underwriters around the U.S. and can be remote anywhere in the country as long as you are willing to travel occasionally to conferences and/or company headquarters to meet with the team.
