April 1, 2024. Augment Risk is pleased to welcome Beth Kraemer as their next Associate Partner of Client Services. Ms. Kraemer comes to Augment with nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She’s held important roles at Collins Associates Inc., Willis RE Inc., Paragon Strategic Solutions Inc., Independent Broking Solutions Ltd., Munich Reinsurance America, Guy Carpenter, and most recently as the Senior Manager at AIG Jersey City. 

Augment is a global specialist capital solutions intermediary, specializing in designing and placing protections, including prospective reinsurance and retrospective capital and legacy structures for P&C clients. Launched in 2023, Augment boasts over USD 100 million in capital, made available by Altamont Capital Partners, and maintains a global presence in the US, UK, Bermuda, EU, and Cayman.
