December 18, 2023.  Tangram Insurance Services is delighted to welcome Rob DeLeon as its new Business Development Manager. With nearly 20 years of valuable experience, Mr. DeLeon has held key roles at Chase Life Insurance & Annuity, Everett Financial, Clinton Community YMCA, Farmers Insurance Agency, Pharmacist Mutual Insurance Company, and most recently as the Regional Sales Manager at Convelo Insurance Group.

Founded in 1999, Tangram began as an independent retail broker in California. With a rapidly expanding client base, the company swiftly became a specialized brokerage for non-profit organizations with insurance and risk management needs. Today, Tangram operates as a full-service MGA, underwriting and managing niche programs on behalf of A-rated carriers. For over a decade, the Tangram team has demonstrated expertise in building both traditional and alternative risk programs.
