S&W has been retained by Hanscom Federal Credit Union (“HFCU”, hfcu.org) to manage the search for the Credit Union’s SVP, Residential Lending Sales.
Headquartered in Littleton, Massachusetts, HFCU is a member-owned financial cooperative serving over 95,000 members. Through both a traditional product set and a competitive suite of online banking and mobile banking and mobile wallet solutions, the Credit Union offers the financial tools to meet the needs of its members throughout their lives’ journeys. HFCU’s product set includes vehicle, home, personal, and business loans, credit card products, checking, savings, and business deposit accounts, and insurance and investment solutions through Hanscom Insurance Agency and Hanscom Investment Services. Under the general direction of the Chief Lending Officer, the SVP, Residential Lending Sales will lead the strategy and delivery of HFCU’s Residential Lending Sales program with an emphasis on supporting and expanding the Credit Union’s VA and FHA lending programs. This individual will lead a team of 4 Mortgage Loan Officers and work closely with the other members of Senior Management to best serve the Credit Union’s membership.
